Founder, CIVICO Professional Services
Background
I have earned a Juris Doctor (JD) from Widener University Commonwealth Law School and have passed the Social Security Administration’s EDPNA (Eligible for Direct Payment Non-Attorney) examination, qualifying me to represent claimants before the Social Security Administration.
Before founding CIVICO, I served two years as a judicial law clerk with the Superior Court of New Jersey, where I analyzed case files, evaluated evidence, and drafted legal memoranda and proposed decisions for judges in both the Family and Criminal Divisions.
How I Work
That experience taught me an important lesson:
Cases are won by evidence, not emotion.
The same principle applies to Social Security disability claims. Administrative Law Judges decide cases based on whether the medical and vocational evidence satisfies the law not on how deserving someone appears. My role is to build a clear, organized case supported by the evidence needed to give your claim the strongest possible presentation.
Professional representation, minus the runaround.
An authorized non-attorney representative for people with disability claims.
One representative on your case, not a revolving door.
Owed only if you’re approved, in line with federal rules.
